All guests of the GREY GOOSE® Le Voyage event shall comply with and agree to the rules and terms of participation linked here: GREY GOOSE® Le Voyage Participant Release and Waiver.

Must be legal drinking age in the province where the event is hosted in order to attend. No minors or pets/service animals will be permitted. All patrons must provide physical proof of government-issued ID, no photocopies or digital copies will be accepted. We reserve the right to decline entry into the event without a refund.

Reservation packages for this 2.5 hour experience include: tickets for up to eight (8) guests, a (1) certified GREY GOOSE® mixologist and a (1) host, three (3) GREY GOOSE® mixology sessions and three (3) curated French-inspired courses, one (1) exclusive gift bag per guest and live entertainment session. GREY GOOSE® Le Voyage reserves the right to change the mixology sessions and the cuisine served (including size and ingredients) based on the regulations of the city and province of the event. GREY GOOSE® Le Voyage reserves the right to change the entertainment experience.

All guests will be required to check-in upon arrival at the GREY GOOSE® Le Voyage welcome area and provide a government-issued photo ID evidencing they are of legal drinking age. Anyone exposed to COVID-19 in the last 14 days or showing COVID-19 symptoms upon arrival at the GREY GOOSE® Le Voyage venue and/or anyone who has had close contact with a person who has COVID-19 in the last 14 days will be asked to return home and monitor their health. We will adhere to all applicable public health and safety guidelines outlined by the governing body within each province and municipality where the GREY GOOSE® Le Voyage experience will be held.

GREY GOOSE® Le Voyage, is a reservation-only event. All tickets must be purchased through the greygooselevoyage.ca website. Guests must purchase their ticket packages ahead of the event.

We will adhere to all local government rules and regulations regarding the consumption of alcohol. We reserve the right to deny entry to any guests who are considered to be intoxicated by our trained staff. We reserve the right to stop service to any guests who are considered to be intoxicated or are demonstrating unsafe conduct.

During your experience, we kindly ask that you follow all rules of the GREY GOOSE® Le Voyage event, all rules applicable onboard the GREY GOOSE® Le Voyage vessels, and all applicable COVID-19 policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all. For the comfort and safety of all guests, our staff reserves the right to remove any patrons whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or in violation of any of our safety policies.

REGISTRATION PROCESS:

• The individual who purchases this experience will receive a confirmation email and will also be contacted by a member of the Le Voyage Support Team 1 week prior to sail date
• Purchaser will need to register each guest with the Le Voyage Support Team by providing the following information for each attendee: Full Name, Email, Phone Number and Date of Birth
• All guests must be registered prior to their designated sail time
• Each guest will receive their ticket via email once they have been registered
• If registration is not submitted 1 week prior to the event, guests risk not being permitted to attend. NO REFUNDS will be issued.
• Each guest MUST read the event policy ahead of the event
• Each guest MUST sign the waiver before boarding vessel

GUEST CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

Ticket purchasers will be contacted via email in the event of cancellation or delays. A full refund will be provided if the event is not able to take place due to provincial, city or venue location guidelines or restrictions due to COVID-19, if rain or other inclement weather prevents the experience from occurring.

A sail time confirmation email will be sent at the time of purchase (see above for registration process/policy). Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Cancellations for full refund can ONLY be made up to 24 hours after original ticket purchase date by emailing support@greygooselevoyage.ca. Tickets will not be refunded if you miss your scheduled sail time.

RAIN CHECK/REFUND POLICY:

Only the Captain of the GREY GOOSE® Le Voyage experience may cancel, delay or suspend sail at any time due to unsafe forecasted or actual weather or other unsafe conditions (including failure to follow Captain’s instructions). If sail is less then 60% complete or cancelled by the Captain for weather-related issues, the sail may be rescheduled. Rescheduling spots are limited. If rescheduled spots are unavailable, patrons may receive a full or partial refund, as set forth below. Should the Captain have to shorten any charter for any reason other than weather or mechanical related issues, NO REFUND will be distributed. Once you have checked -in, we will work to reschedule your sail time or provide a refund under the following guidelines:

• Did not set sail, remained docked – 100% refund will be issued, if rescheduling is not available
• Was not able to experience the 2nd mixology session – 50% refund will be issued

GREY GOOSE® Le Voyage will not issue rain checks or refunds due to the threat of poor weather, overcast sky or light showers. If the Captain deems the waters to be unsafe to set sail, we will email all participating guests to cancel and possibly reschedule their experience. Due to limited sailing availability, not all cancelled reservations will be rescheduled. Those whose reservations cannot be rescheduled will receive a full refund.

ON BOARD EVENT – RULES & REGULATIONS:

We kindly ask that during the experience all patrons respect and follow our on-board and event rules to ensure a safe environment for all participants, the crew, and staff.

• Arrive 15 minutes early to check-in. All sails leave promptly at stated times. We will not wait for latecomers and will set sail promptly at the scheduled time, regardless of whether the full party has arrived. No refunds will be issued to latecomers.
• No smoking or vaping permitted on any vessel.
• No recreational drugs including cannabis (in any form) are permitted on any vessel or during any time of the charter.
• No outside food or beverages, including alcohol, are allowed; all reusable water bottles will be left at the welcome tent and will not be permitted onboard.
• The Captain has absolute authority on the vessel and may disallow boarding to any person who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol and is exhibiting disruptive behaviour. NO REFUND is provided in the event that boarding is not permitted by the Captain for this reason.
• No minors allowed onboard.
• No swimming/jumping off/ dangling of arms or legs from the vessel is permitted; ALL patrons are to remain on the vessel during the experience.
• No animals allowed onboard. Unfortunately, we are not equipped to accommodate pets on board. Please leave all fur companions at home. This policy also applies to service animals which would otherwise be permitted by applicable provincial laws. These policies are in place for both you and your animal’s safety.
• We are barefoot on the boat during summer months. Shoes must be removed upon embarking on the vessel; all patrons shoes will be collected and stored at the time of arrival and will be returned to guests at the end of their experience.
• We sail rain or shine, subject to unsafe conditions as determined by the GREY GOOSE® Le Voyage Captain. Please dress accordingly. Even when it is warm in the city, it can be quite cool on the water.
• A minimum amount of mobility is required for boarding all vessels. Guests must be able to step up, down, and walk forward 18” unassisted.
• No sharp objects such as knives, razors, and blades are permitted at the event or on any GREY GOOSE® Le Voyage vessel.
• Do not bring any object that may be considered a weapon to the event.
• No special catering, event or celebration requests will be available during this experience. Balloons are not permitted on any GREY GOOSE® Le Voyage vessel.
• GREY GOOSE® Le Voyage has the right to replace the vessel with an equivalent or superior vessel for any reason. Equivalent shall be defined as a yacht of comparable (but not exact) size,and having capacity for the required number of guests.
• GREY GOOSE® Le Voyage is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. We advise all guests to ensure they only bring necessary items onboard with them. Guests will be prompted to double-check they have all their belongings before disembarking. In the event that personal belongings fall overboard, the event staff, Captain or crew WILL NOT attempt to retrieve any items. In no event will GREY GOOSE® (Bacardi Canada Inc.), Community, the event staff, or the Captain be liable for loss of your personal belongings for any reason.

ASSUMED RISK & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Guests are advised that all activities are undertaken entirely at their own risk and they must behave in a fit and proper manner at all times in accordance with applicable law, public safety bylaws and GREY GOOSE® Le Voyage and vessel guidelines. Guests are responsible for their own safety. All experiences carry inherent risks and GREY GOOSE® Le Voyage does not assume any responsibility for injury, accidents or deaths that are caused to guests that are connected to their own actions or inaction or are caused by factors outside of the reasonable control of GREY GOOSE® Le Voyage.

We reserve the right to refuse participation to guests that are being physically or verbally abusive, or if they pose a threat to staff members or fellow travelers in any other way. In such cases, cancellation charges apply.

INJURY & SICKNESS POLICY:

In the event that a guest needs medical attention, the GREY GOOSE® Le Voyage Captain will make the call to return the vessel back to the dock or make emergency arrangements to get the patron back to land. In the event that an experience is delayed or cancelled due to injury, there will be no refund issued.

It is recommended that if a guest knows they are sensitive to motion sickness that they take appropriate precautions before boarding. In the event someone becomes ill and can no longer participate in the event, it will be at the GREY GOOSE® Le Voyage Captain’s discretion on when and how to bring the guest back to land.

FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY:

All of our vessels are subject to provincial and public health regulations. Each vessel carries the same rules for food and beverage services:

• Food: Outside food is not permitted
• All food items will be provided by catering partner
• All food will be prepped, stored and served following all provincial health and
  safety guidelines
• No glass allowed on board
• All waste will be properly disposed of in accordance to each provincial standard
• Beverage: Outside beverages are not permitted
• Non-alcoholic beverages will be available for all guests
• No glass allowed on board
• All mixology sessions will be conducted by a certified mixologist

LE VOYAGE ITINERARY

Here’s what you can expect from GREY GOOSE® Le Voyage:

• Check in at the GREY GOOSE® Vodka Le Voyage Welcome Tent 15 minutes prior to departure time
• Guests receive their gift bag and sign waiver(s) if not yet completed
• Board yacht at dock and meet captain, host, & mixologist
• Set sail to Destination #1 and drop anchor
• Mixology session #1
• Appetizer course #1
• Set sail to Destination #2 and drop anchor
• Mixology sessions #2 and #3 with live DJ music set
• Appetizer course #2 and dessert
• Cruise back to the dock and disembark

SAFETY ON BOARD:

Upon arrival, we kindly ask that all participants provide our staff with their individual tickets (which will be sent via email once all guests have been registered). Social responsibility checks are mandatory for this event. You will be asked to provide a physical piece of government-issued ID for yourself and all members of your party. Photocopies and digital copies will not be accepted.

We are taking industry-leading health precautions to ensure your health and safety. We take the utmost care in providing you with a safe and fun experience. Our staff will thoroughly sanitize all surfaces, food & drink service areas, lounging areas and restrooms. We will also have any and all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) available for guests and staff, as well as hand sanitizer stations onboard. Anyone exposed to COVID-19 in the last 14 days or showing COVID-19 symptoms upon arrival at the GREY GOOSE® Le Voyage venue and/or anyone who has had close contact with a person who has COVID-19 in the last 14 days will be asked to return home and monitor their health
